4. INFORMATION A. UPDATED FORMAT FOR THE 2010-11 BUDGET The manager will present to the board the updated Budget Format. B. 2009-10 DISTRICT FINANCIAL AUDIT The manager will present the audit for 2009-10.
5. ACTION A. MEETINGSThe Board will be asked whether to approve the manager, assistant manager and interested Trustees to attend the MVCAC fall quarterly meeting and VCJPA Board of Directors meeting to be held in South Lake Tahoe at the Embassy Suites hotel November 3-5, 2010 B. INVESTMENT POLICYThe board will be asked to review and approve the investment policy with no changes. 6. CLOSED SESSION Conference with legal counsel pursuant to Government code Section 54956.9(a) GERALDINE CHISOM, LINDA JENVEY,SHERALDINE LEIBOLD,MICHAEL REED,CHARLOTTE ZYLKA SINGER, and the class of persons who are similarly situated, Petitioner/Plaintiffs,v.
