A. JUNE 2025 BOARD MEETING DATE AND TIME
The Board will discuss a potential new date for the June 2025 regular meeting

B. BENEFIT ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION
The Board will review a resolution of intent to levy the annual assessment and preliminary approval of related documents

C. PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL
The Board will approve the official date and time for the Benefit Assessment Public Hearing

A. PENDING LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) – Significant exposure to litigation in the opinion of the Board of Trustees on the advice of legal counsel based on existing facts and circumstances that might result in litigation against the District but which the District believes are not yet known to a potential plaintiff(s), which facts and circumstances need not be disclosed (Government Code Section 54956.9(e)(1)). The legislative body is meeting only to decide whether there is significant exposure to litigation that would authorize a closed session

Regular meetings of the Board occur on the third Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm, unless otherwise motioned upon and changed at a previous Board meeting in open session. Members of the general public who desire board documentation or materials related to agenda items, ADA accommodations, or to have agenda material in a specific ADA-compliant format may call Julia Laciste at (559) 268-6565.
